Dahi lasooni tikka

Take chicken boneless and cut them into tikka size pcs...
Marinate it with
Salt
Pepper
Hung curd (thick curd widout water)
Little oregano
Freshly grinded ginger garlic & green chilly paste
Finely chopped fresh coriander..

Marinate for 5-6 hrs

Now add little melted butter to the marinated chicken and grill these tikkas...

Just Before serving
Take butter in a wok and add nice amount of finely chopped garlic and saute well but don't burn...
Now add sum salt and oregano and fresh cream & just one slice of amul cheese... stir this sauce and off the flame...

Now assemble these tikkas in the serving plate and pour this sauce over it garnish with coriander and serve hot

Note:: dont make the sauce very liquidy... keep it little thick and it tastes heavenly
